How I work
I move between the customer conversation, system design, and the implementation. Understanding how someone actually works is usually the most important part.
My background spans Georgian, Cinchy, Lemay.ai, and building companies of my own. I like small teams, useful problems, and learning something I can put to work.
Teaching is part of the job, too. I want the people using a system to understand it and become more capable over time.
